When you think  the market price will fall, open a sell position   and when you think the market price  will rise, open a buy position.   You can also add technical indicators over your  charts to help you monitor your market trends.   Click and set at the top menu bar and select  indicators to see the list of available indicators   that you can add to your charts.

At the bottom  of your screen, you can view your active trades   history and journal to keep  track of your trading progress.   Now that you know how to navigate Deriv mt5  platform let’s move on to features that can   help you manage your trades. Features that  give you more control over your trades.   Stop loss. CFDs are traded on a margin, which  increase your market exposure and leads to both   increased potential profit and potential loss.  With stop loss on Deriv mt5, you set the price   at which you want your position to close in  case the market moves against your prediction.   This minimizes the risk of increased potential  loss and when the market price reaches or   exceeds the stop loss level, you’ve set your  position will close automatically.

Take profit.   With take profit, you can secure profit  without constantly monitoring your trades.   On Deriv mt5, you set the price at  which you want your positions to close.   When the market moves in your favor, when the  market price reaches or exceeds this level   your position is closed automatically and your  profit will be deposited into your mt5 account.   You can set these levels in the order window just  before you open your position.
